1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and kn666 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). The Platform operates the website kn666.pro and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fishing games and table games. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other person who interacts with the Platform.

By accessing or using kn666 in any way — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. kn666 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify kn666 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• kn666 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights or obligations arising from it to any third party.

kn666 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point as determined by kn666's compliance team. KYC documentation may include a copy of a government-issued national identity card or other acceptable proof of identity as specified by kn666. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions on kn666. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with these rules before initiating any financial transaction.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. kn666 does not accept deposits from payment accounts held by third parties.

kn666 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant account will be suspended and the matter investigated. Players will be notified of the outcome following the completion of the investigation.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on kn666 are operated in accordance with the rules published by the relevant game providers. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software. kn666 does not alter game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any certified RNG game.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the actions of real dealers operating under the supervision of independent third-party game providers. kn666 does not interfere with live dealer game operations.
• Sportsbook odds are set by kn666's pricing team and may be adjusted at any time before or during an event. kn666 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed or suspended.
• In the event of a malfunction or error in any game or platform feature, kn666 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of malfunction and return the staked amounts to affected players.

kn666 reserves the right to suspend any game or product category temporarily for maintenance, updates or compliance review. Players will be notified of scheduled maintenance periods where operationally practicable. Bets already placed and confirmed prior to a maintenance period will be honoured in full.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

kn666 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any specific game, bonus or promotional terms applicable to the player.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration, KYC or at any other stage of the player relationship.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, collusion or any other form of prohibited conduct as defined in these Terms.
• A player's request to close their own account, including requests made through the self-exclusion programme. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and result in immediate suspension of access to the Platform.

Upon termination of an account for a breach of these Terms, kn666 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account, including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kn666 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption or any other form of economic loss.

kn666 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kn666 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of kn666, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting kn666 customer support. kn666 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
